Właściwość Status zwraca wartość FieldStatusEnum , która wskazuje stan obiektu Field. Wartość domyślna to adFieldOK.
Jeśli jakiekolwiek aktualizacje nie powiodą się, zwracany jest błąd, a właściwość Status wskazuje połączone wartości operacji i kodu stanu błędu. Właściwość Status dla każdego pola może służyć do określenia, dlaczego pole nie zostało dodane, zmodyfikowane lub usunięte.
Za pośrednictwem tej właściwości zgłaszane są problemy z dodawaniem, modyfikowaniem lub usuwaniem pola. Na przykład, jeśli użytkownik usunie pole, zostanie ono oznaczone do usunięcia w kolekcji Pola. Jeśli wywołanie Update zwróci błąd, ponieważ użytkownik próbował usunąć pole, do którego nie ma uprawnień, stanem tego pola będzie adFieldPermissionDenied lub adFieldPendingDelete.
